
SURF LIFESAVING
Eastern Region Champs in Mount Maunganui we had Corban Watson, Grayson Hesketh, Taylor Topp, Llewelyn Ward-Leikis, Adam Akuhata and Jarvis York compete.
Jarvis York made final in u15 board race.
Taylor Topp won bronze in u19 beach sprint with Grayson close behind in 4th. Corban, Adam and Llewellyn all made the final in the u17 beach sprint.
Corban, Taylor and Grayson were part of the team that won gold in the u19 beach relay.
Adam and Llewelyn were part of the team to win bronze in the U19 beach relay.

U15
Jonty Lowe – 2nd in diamond, board race and surf race, 3rd beach sprint
Caleb Sheridan – 1st in Ski, 3rd in board race, surf race and diamond
U17
Angus Lowe – 1st in beach relay, 2nd in Board rescue, surf teams, 3rd in board relay along with Jonty Lowe and Beau Marshall
Adam Akuhata – 1st beach flags, 2nd beach sprint and beach relay along with Llewellyn, Corban and Marshall

SOFTBALL
Noah Rogers played in the 2021 Rookie Sox Under 13 Softball tournament. They were unbeaten during pool play but 2nd place after a close grand final loss to Counties Manukau
Noah received the Best and Fairest Award for the tournament
ROWING
Ethan Byloo and Oscar Ellis competed in the North Island rowing champs.

1 x silver: Mens Novice Four (almost Gold - a tight race between HB and Tauranga)

Leo Guo achieved his bronze award (certificate and badge to be presented)
CRICKET
The First XI (11) played seven games during January. They played their Presbyterian brother schools in Wellington and performed creditably. Standout performances were fifties to Sam Cassidy and Sam Bartram in the first two games and Sam Cassidy's outstanding 169 from 129 balls with 22 fours and 5 sixes against St Kentigern College from Auckland.
Last week the First XI recorded victories against Hastings Boys, Rosmini College from Auckland and Napier Boys. The standout performances in these games were the maiden First XI (11) 50 to Sam Devescovi, a 90 by Sam Cassidy and against Hastings Boys a haul of seven for 23.
