Established in 1953 we are respected for our commitment to excellence across all our cornerstones of learning, from Intermediate To Year 13. Thank you for your interest in enrolling at Lindisfarne College, one of New Zealand's leading boarding and day College for boys. We welcome pre-admission for boarding and dayboys any time from birth upwards at no cost, for all year groups. Applications should be made on the official Application Form. If you would like to enrol as an International Student please enquire through our Director of International Students

We are experiencing very high levels of interest in both boarding and dayboy places. If you are considering Lindisfarne College for your son’s education we recommend you enrol now. 

Boarding

The school has a roll of approximately 570 students, with around half boarding and half attending as day boys. Boarding students may choose to remain in the hostel over the weekends or return home on Friday afternoon and arrive back on Monday morning.

As part of the admissions process,  interviews for selected applicants are usually held in Term 1 of the year prior to entry.

Dayboys

For day enrolments, in particular, it is advantageous to enrol your son early so that his name can be placed on the waitlist in order of the date that we received the application. Date of application is an important factor in gaining a place at the College.
