Our Intermediate School canoe polo team recently had their final against St Mary’s. We started well and with some great team work and passing coupled with great defence we went into half time with a 2-0 lead. Playing into the wind in the second half we were going to have to keep the pressure up which we did and scored another goal to go 3-0 up.

We held the ball for most of the remaining time but they had a last second break away with time almost up. They took a long range over the head shot which went well wide and we won the game 3-2. Well done to all of the boys who played well with a lot of energy and commitment throughout the season.
