SHOOTING

Skeet - In the shoot-off Sam took 1st place with Harry 2nd.

Bryn won the Single Barrel outright

Single Rise Kees Tomlinson produced top form on the day to shoot a total of 94/100 to be our best shooter. Jonty Bothamley finishing on a total of 87/100 for which he took the ''Best Junior Shooter'' title & very well deserved it was from Jonty who was focused to produce the result that he did.

Single Barrel saw Bryn shoot the only ''possible'' 20/20

In the teams event with a total of 437/500 the ''A'' squad were 2nd. The ''B'' squad finished on 401 for 6th & the ''C'' squad on 329.
 



FOOTBALL

1st XI  drew 2-2 HBHS.  Jet Koll from the penalty spot and Brendan Joe with a looping header.

2nd XI Lindisfarne 8-1 HNHS

Junior A 2-0 win to HBHS
 



HOCKEY

1st XI had a great hard-fought battle again HBHS on Wednesday night.  Lindisfarne scored first from a PC through Shea Bentley.  HBHS equalised the game in the 3rd quarter.  The game could have gone either way but with 2mins to go Will Kerr made a driving run down the side with a strong pass across goal to Callum O’Keefe who scored, wining 2-1

On Tuesday Lindisfarne Intermediate 1st XI hockey defeated Hereworth 2-0. Goal scorers were Jacob Holder and Will Baines. Goalie Carter Lachmund made some great saves, and his kicking was excellent. James Huckle tackled and hit the ball strongly out of defence. Reef Hicks was always a threat on attack.
 



RUGBY

1st XV won 22-20 against St Johns.

2nd XV won against Wairoa College

3rd XV vs Havelock High School 1st XV.  Lindifarne lost 39 - nil

Jake Lorkin was player of the day for his solid work both carrying the ball forward and tackling. Nic Cater showed his skills on defense and was a general menace a ruck time. Chris Belhamel and Marino Tipiwai-Chambers both carried and scrummed strongly. Henry Roil, Maxwell Duncan and Fischer Davis also had strong games.

D Grade played Wairoa College and in a scrappy encounter came away with a solid win 34-7. Lachlan Johnson was the pick of the forwards while George McKenzie scored two good tries in the backs. 
 



BADMINTON

Last Tuesday the Lindisfarne “A” Grade Badminton Team created history defeating the Napier Boys' High School “A” Grade Team five games to one. This is the first time ever that Lindisfarne has defeated a Napier Boys High “A” grade Badminton Team.

Richky Lim and Cole Scott won their doubles 31 to 27. 

Richky Lim won his singles 31 points to 29

Cole Scott won his singles 31 points to 28 points

Shunnusuke  Arakawa won his singles 31 points to 24 points

Charlie Yuan won his singles 31 points to 26 points.
