Teacher of Te Reo Māori – Fixed Term Position for Term 1, 2025

We are seeking a teacher of Te Reo Māori for Term 1, 2025. The preferred candidate will have an ability to teach Te Reo Maori up to NCEA Level 3.

Guidance Counsellor - Starting Term 1, 2025

We are seeking an experienced Guidance Counsellor to join our Wellbeing and Pastoral team. This position offers either full or part-time hours, Monday to Friday, during term time.

The start date for this position is Term 1, 2025.  

Ideally, you will have experience in school-based counselling and a strong passion for supporting the health and wellbeing of young people. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. Maintaining a professional demeanor and demonstrating cultural responsiveness will be essential strengths in this role.

SENCO - Fixed Term Position

We are seeking an experienced SENCO teacher to join our Learning Enhancement Team in a fixed-term role from February 17, 2025, to November 10, 2025, working 40 hours per week.

Homestay Coordinator - Starting January 2025

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who will have responsibility for coordinating our short-term homestay programme in compliance with the Code of Practice for the Education and Pastoral Care of Tertiary and International Learners. The major task is identifying and securing short term homestays for our 20-25 International Students during Mid-Term Breaks and School Holidays (excluding the main summer break). It also involves conducting off-site visits to homestay parents and occasionally assisting with airport transfers. Additionally, the Homestay Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Director of International Students.

This part-time position offers 20 hours per week (flexible on days), term-time only. The start date is the beginning of January 2025.
