A Word from our Rector
Lindisfarne College is a community where boys are supported to grow into confident young men of character. The Lindisfarne Way underpins everything we do. It shapes how we learn, how we treat one another and how we carry ourselves as members of this College. Our boys quickly learn that being part of Lindisfarne means striving to be their best, contributing positively and living with purpose.
Our values striving and achieving, leading and innovating, caring and connected, honest and respectful, resilient and self-managing shape daily life here. I see them in our classrooms, in chapel, on the sports fields and in the way our boys support each other.
Through our four cornerstones Academic, Christian, Cultural and Sport each boy is challenged to step forward, discover his strengths and take opportunities that help him grow. Character at Lindisfarne is formed through action. It is seen in hard work, integrity, service and the courage to try something new.
Choosing Lindisfarne means joining a community that genuinely cares about its young men. We partner closely with families to ensure every boy feels known, supported and stretched to reach his potential. It is a privilege to lead a school with such a strong sense of identity and purpose.
I look forward to walking alongside your whānau as your son begins his Lindisfarne journey.
