Cricket

1st XI LC 122.  Rathkeale 30 (S Cassidy 6-12, F Mowat 4-11) LC 90 / Rathkeale 158 (F Mowat 4-39) LC win by 24 runs

2nd XI all out for 47 lost by 9 wickets

Colts A - Lindisfarne Colts batted first on a wicket which was difficult for the first hour and were in trouble at 14 for 3.  A good recovery by Absolom (34) and Howard allowed the team to post a reasonable, but not great score of 108 in 30 overs. Blythe scored 15no off 5 balls in the last over.  Lindisfarne competed well in the field, but Rathkeale reached the target with a couple of overs to spare.  Reid was the best of the bowlers with two cheap wickets.
