We seek an excellent teacher of English to Senior levels who can also teach Social Studies and/or Religious Education. A commitment to the Special Character of the College is required.

Admissions Office Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional administrator to join our team and take on the role of Admissions Office Administrator.

 

The role:

Reporting to the Office Manager, the role will focus on the annual enrolment process, ensuring applicants on our wait lists are communicated with methodically and within specified timescales.  You will know how to showcase our College and deal with ongoing enrolment enquiries.

You will support the Senior Management Team assisting them with administrative tasks and you will also be exposed to general administrative duties including reception cover to support the overall operations of the office.

Our ideal candidate will be:

  • A switched-on professional who is a natural communicator and who has a combination of drive and motivation to build on our success.  

  • A ‘People’ Person.  You will be required to communicate effectively with a vast array of people, in a friendly but professional approach ensuring you are always empathetic and understanding.

  • Experienced as an administrator with a minimum of 5 Year’s recent experience.

  • Someone who shows attention to detail and high levels of initiative.

  • Passionate about providing exceptional service.

  • Computer Savvy being fully competent with Microsoft Office Suite. You must also be eager to explore and learn new systems.

  • Someone who can build and nurture good working relationships with your co-workers, students, parents and stakeholders.

  • A person who can handle confidential information and work well when under pressure.
